Aisai Land Road Station
Roadside Station Aisai Land is located along National Route 170 (Osaka Outer Ring Road), about a 7-minute drive from the Hanwa Expressway Kishiwada-Izumi IC. By public transport, it is accessible by Nankai Bus: about 30 minutes from Nankai Main Line Kishiwada Station on the “Michi-no-Eki Aisai Land” bound bus, or about 15 minutes from JR Hanwa Line Shimomatsu Station on the same bus line. With 285 parking spaces, most visitors arrive by car. Facilities include a farm-produce direct sales market, a fresh fish direct sales area (“Chiiki Ouen-kan”), a restaurant, and an exchange center. Popular items include locally landed fresh seafood delivered directly from Kishiwada fishing port, and lightly pickled mizunasu eggplant; plants and seedlings are also sold. The restaurant is also popular for its buffet-style dishes using fresh local vegetables, drawing large crowds. Nearby are attractions such as Tonboike Park, Iyoyaka-no-Sato (a hot spring known nationally as a “beauty bath”), and Mount Kono (a beginner-friendly hiking spot), making it possible to spend a full day in the area.
