既然来到了日本,而且是被称为「天下厨房」的大阪,一定要在晚上尽情吃喝玩乐的!当中要数最有名的地方绝对是难波!虽然这个地方已为人熟知,但大街小巷众多,还有很多店铺或地点还没被人知道呢!这个导游团就是一个让您跟着熟悉大阪的导游,像一个大阪人一样玩尽大阪的夜晚。

飲み会 Nomikai?!

日本的文化之一,「飲み会 Nomikai」。只要有看日本的电视剧或电影,都一定会听过。
意思是「喝酒・酒会」,是一群同事或朋友一起外出喝酒的活动。尤其是在公司就职的打工仔,几乎每天都可以有不同的理由的「飲み会」。

日本人的居酒屋STYLE!

那么日本人会去哪里进行「飲み会」呢?
原来是到被统称为「居酒屋」(提供酒类和饭菜的酒馆,有时被翻译成bar)的饮食店。
当日本人决定了晚上会去喝酒时,不要以为他们只会停留在一间居酒屋就过一个晚上。他们可以在一个晚上移动好几次!这个活动被称为「はしご酒 Hashigo Sake」,少则一间,多则可达到5,6间。这是因为每间居酒屋都有它独有的特色。

有一些是大众居酒屋,菜单里包含了几乎所有的日本特色食物,又便宜,选择又多。

有一些只有特定食物的居酒屋,例如御好烧居酒屋,串炸居酒屋等,菜单里主要是只有一个种类到两个种类的食物。
