Inside, you can enjoy an elegant time surrounded by 16 pigment-inspired colored bottles and vivid works such as Kinutani’s prints. Prices are reasonable: God Mountain Coffee is 280 yen, and matcha fondant cake is 320 yen. Since the floating observatory can get quite crowded around sunset, it’s also a good idea to enjoy the sunset from the café or the museum’s Tenku Gallery.
