Osaka International Convention Center/Grand Cube Osaka

Grand Cube Osaka (Osaka International Convention Center) is one of Osaka’s leading international conference venues and has hosted many major international meetings. Designed by architect Kishō Kurokawa, it is a modern building with 13 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. It offers a wide range of facilities, including a special conference hall on the 12th floor equipped with advanced acoustics and simultaneous interpretation systems, various conference rooms of different sizes, event halls, and a main hall that can accommodate more than 2,000 people. It is used not only for conferences but also for seminars, exhibitions, concerts, and other events, attracting users from many countries for international as well as domestic events. Having served as a venue for meetings such as international finance ministers’ gatherings, the interior features a high-end atmosphere, and it is connected to the RIHGA Royal Hotel via a passageway. Restaurants and cafés are also available on site. It is conveniently located near Nakanoshima Station and Fukushima Station, and can be reached in about 10–15 minutes by car or taxi from Shin-Osaka or Umeda, which are also easy to access from the airport.
