Panasonic Stadium Suita
Suita City Football Stadium is known as the home stadium of Gamba Osaka, a J1 League club. It is an octagonal, football-specific stadium that opened in 2015. Under a naming-rights agreement, its name changed in 2018 to Panasonic Stadium Suita. With a total capacity of 40,000, the venue is also used for events such as Suita City’s coming-of-age ceremony, and it has hosted international football matches as well. Inside the stadium there is a Gamba Osaka goods shop and a museum, and you can enter the stadium free of charge even on non-match days (the shop is mainly open on weekends; the museum is open except on Mondays and Thursdays). On match days, you can enjoy a variety of gourmet options, including well-known eateries from around Osaka. After the match, stop by the adjacent LaLaport EXPOCITY to shop or ride the Ferris wheel.
