The observatory on the 55th floor of Cosmo Tower—the symbol of the Cosmo Square area—requires admission: 700 yen for high school students and above, and 400 yen for junior high students and below. By showing the Osaka Amazing Pass, you can enter for free. There is also a café called “SORA Café,” offering coffee and tea as well as omurice, Napolitan pasta, baked cheesecake, and waffle cakes. Since you can eat while looking out over Osaka from a sky-high café, it’s also popular as a date spot.
