Naniwa-no-Yu is a natural hot spring facility located about an 8-minute walk from Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, Japan’s longest shopping arcade. The hot spring water rises from 659 meters underground and is classified as a sodium chloride bicarbonate spring, known for beautifying skin and often called the "beauty bath.". The open-air baths on the top floor include micro-nano bubble baths, jet baths, and rotating themed baths. The facility also offers German-style carbonated baths and multiple saunas for both men and women.

This hot spring, which reopened after renovation in 2018 and added features such as an artificial high-concentration carbonated bath and a health stepping corner, offers a wide variety of baths including “free-flowing hot spring source,” “tub baths,” “rock baths,” and “nap baths.” One thing to note is the lockers in the changing room—they require a 100-yen coin, so it’s good to have some change ready. After your bath, you can choose from three dining options—“creative Japanese cuisine,” “light meals,” and “yakiniku”—to enjoy whatever you like.
