Takoyaki is the symbolic comfort of Osaka. From the ingredients, the filling, to the batter, learn how to make delicious takoyaki from a pro. The locatation is right by the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Everyone from kids to adults can enjoy a course in food entertainment. Comes with a recipe for delicious takoyaki. Children of 12 years or younger not participating in the class are free to accompany their parents. Muslims and vegetarians can enjoy as well.
12 delicious takoyaki for one person. If you can't finish them all, you are free to take the leftovers. Use your favorite ingredients and sauces to create from an endless number of possible flavor combinations.
A 4 min walk from the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, and 2 mins from the pier connecting USJ and the aquarium. Osaka's most beautiful place to see the sunset, Diamond Point, is also nearby (3 min walk).
Takoyaki Cooking Class "MUGEN" is one hour, so it's perfect for a meal or a snack. If you're going to the aqurarium, definitely stop by! It'll make a great memory for your trip in Osaka.

Instructions will be given mainly in English and Japanese. Written instructions in English and Chinese are also available.
If words can't convey the message, rest assured feelings will. The instructors will do everything they can to make sure you're able to make delicious takoyaki.

12 per person, 2 people will work together to make 24. By combining different toppings and ingredients, you can create different flavors. Along different sauces like takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, ponzu, soy sauce, salt, and dashi you can enjoy many variations without getting bored.
Not just octopus! You can choose ingedients to suit your own tastes!
Make not only regular takoyaki, but customize your own original variations at Takoyaki Cooking Class "MUGEN." Use a wide selection of ingredients including shrimp, squid, shellfish, sausage, tuna, sakura shrimp, mochi, cheese, shiso leaves, green onions, corn, tomato and more.

・Takoyaki Cooking Class "MUGEN" is primarily catered towards tourists visiting Japan, with instructions provided mainly in Japanese and English. During the class, maybe you could also enjoy a cultural exchange through conversation? (Don't feel obligated to do so though)

For one person, the necessary ingredients and equipment to make 12 takoyaki.
・Small children are welcome to join, but must be able to avoid getting burned, or otherwise be accompanied by someone who can supervise them.
・The portion provided for one person is 12 takoyaki, but the hot plates used are all designed for 24. This was done with the idea that 2 people would use one plate together. However, in the case of an odd number of participants, one person will use a single plate.
