AQ'A Hiroshima Center

Aqua Hiroshima Center Street is a commercial facility located inside the Hiroshima Center Building at the Kamiya-cho intersection in central Hiroshima City. Following a renovation in 2002, it was given the nickname "Aqua" and has been loved by Hiroshima residents and bus users. From the 1st to the 9th floors, it offers a wide variety of shops including fashion, lifestyle goods, books, and restaurants, and true to its concept—"New me to discover every day, for both shopping and gourmet"—you can enjoy many kinds of shopping experiences all in one place. In particular, the Kinokuniya Bookstore Hiroshima Store on the 6th floor was, for a time after opening, the largest bookstore in Hiroshima. The Hiroshima Bus Center is located on the 3rd floor, with highway buses departing for destinations all over Japan such as Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, so it is also recommended to do some last-minute shopping and dining here before boarding your bus. Aqua Hiroshima Center Street is about 15 minutes from JR Hiroshima Station by streetcar or bus. It also has a large parking facility with capacity for 316 vehicles, making it a convenient stop even if you visit by rental car.
