THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA is a two-story outlet mall with about 200 stores that opened in April 2018, and it is one of the largest in the Chugoku–Shikoku region. In 2021, the space was planned to expand, adding around 30 more select shops and lifestyle brands. On weekends and holidays, a shuttle bus runs from Hiroshima Station, reaching the mall in about 40 minutes. Beyond outlet shopping, it also offers entertainment facilities such as a cinema and an indoor skating rink, plus areas where you can experience Hiroshima/Setouchi culture and food—making it easy to spend a full day there. On the 2nd-floor “Outlet Floor,” you’ll find a broad mix of brands, especially international sports and outdoor labels, along with shops like Godiva (chocolate) and Royal Copenhagen (tableware). On the 1st floor, inside “Naminowa Garage,” the shop “SAKKAZAKKA” gathers craft brands from Setouchi and the San’in region; many items are one-of-a-kind, so if you find something you like, it’s best to buy it sooner rather than later.

From JR Sanyo Main Line “Nishi-Hiroshima Station” stand No.2, take Bon-Bus bound for “THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA / Satsukigaoka Danchi (Shudo Univ. South Gate)” and get off at the last stop. From Hiroshima Bus Center stand No.3, take Hiroden Bus Route 61 bound for “THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA / Sora-no-Kita” (via JR Yokogawa Station and Astram Line “Koiki Koen-mae”) and get off at “THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA” stop. From Hatchobori (in front of Tokyu Hands) stand No.6, take Bon-Bus bound for “THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA / Satsukigaoka Danchi (Shudo Univ. South Gate)” (via Kamiya-cho Edion West Building) and get off at “THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA” stop. From JR Hiroshima Station (north side, stand No.27 by Sheraton Hotel), take the “THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA Shuttle Bus” (40 min; Sat/Sun/holidays only). By car: about 10 minutes from Sanyo Expressway Itsukaichi IC.
