Street Kart Shinagawa

Street Kart Shinagawa offers an adventure-style activity where you can drive a street kart and tour Tokyo’s streets. A “street kart” is a go-kart-like vehicle specially designed to run on Japan’s public roads, and you can drive with a Japanese license or an international driving permit.
