Tokyo Sky Tree
Tokyo Skytree is a 634-meter tower, widely promoted as the world’s tallest tower. Floors 1–5 connect to Tokyo Solamachi and shops such as THE SKYTREE SHOP, making it easy to combine sightseeing with dining and shopping. Observatories include the “Tembo Deck” at 350 meters and the “Tembo Galleria” at 450 meters. The Tembo Deck features giant 360-degree glass panels over 5 meters tall, creating a very open feel; in good weather you can see up to about 70 km away. The Tembo Galleria adds a glass-walled sloping corridor that rises from the arrival floor toward the highest point, Sorakara Point. Photo spots with glass floors let you capture “floating in the sky” shots. Open from 9:00 to 21:00, it’s also great for night views. Access: directly by Tobu Skytree Line “Tokyo Skytree Station” or Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line “Oshiage (Skytree-mae) Station.”
