◆What makes Hokkyokusei special
Opened in 1922, this restaurant specialized in omurice boasts both great popularity and over 100 years in business. To make sure the omurice stays true to its name and that the flavor of the main ingredients can be enjoyed to the fullest, they do not season the eggs at all. Instead, they pay great care with ingredient sourcing, preparation and even garnishing and serving. The end result is an omurice that can’t be enjoyed anywhere else but at Hokkyokusei.
◆Learn how to prepare authentic omurice from a seasoned chef
At Hokkyokusei, only seasoned chefs are permitted to prepare omurice. Dedication and pride in their work are two secret ingredients that make the omurice special and it’s only here that you can learn the secrets of the dish directly from a seasoned chef.
