Hiroshima Kannon Marina

Hiroshima Kannon Marina is a yacht harbor in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. It is also known as Umi-no-Eki Hiroshima: Kannon Sea Station. Since it was built in 1994 as the sailing venue for the Asian Games, it has become popular as a modern facility where you can enjoy cruising, fishing, and yacht racing. To ensure that even non-boaters can have fun, there is also Kannon Marina Seaside Park, restaurants, an outlet mall, and a futsal court. Because you can take a charter boat to Miyajima, enjoy a day-camp BBQ on an uninhabited island, go boat fishing, and try a sailing cruiser experience, it is also a popular spot for tourists. There are also SUP and sea kayak classes, squid and octopus fishing experiences, a sea-salt-making experience, hot springs, swimming, and boat fishing, making it popular with a wide range of ages. Why not enjoy Setouchi-style activities unique to the Seto Inland Sea? To get to Hiroshima Kannon Marina, take the Kannon Marina Hop from JR Hiroshima Station (about 40 minutes) and get off right away. Of course, it is also possible to arrive by boat.
