Kobe Fruit Flower Park Osawa Rest Area

Michi-no-Eki Kobe Fruit & Flower Park Ozo is a roadside station in Kita Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, and one of the largest in western Japan. Opened in 2017, it offers an impressive range of on-site facilities, including restaurants, BBQ areas, a dog run, pools, hot springs, an amusement area, and go-karts. As a stay-and-play roadside station, it is very popular and offers more activities than can be enjoyed in a single day. Access is about 15 minutes by bus or taxi from Kobe Electric Railway Okaba Station; by car, it is immediately after getting off at Ozo IC on the Rokko-Kita Toll Road. In the vast fruit garden, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat freshly picked fruit such as peaches, grapes, pears, and apples. The Farm Circus Market is also well regarded for selling fresh local produce at great prices. In winter, the illumination and projection-mapping event “Kobe Illuminage” is held, drawing crowds who come for the fantastical atmosphere.
