Kasuien

Kasui-en is a ryokan located in the center of the Ureshino Onsen area. It is proud of two distinct bathing experiences: a large bath surrounded by lush green scenery, and a “sky open-air bath” on the top floor with panoramic views—both open and relaxing. You can also enjoy views of a garden designed by world-renowned garden designer Kazuyuki Ishihara. The atmosphere is calm with gentle music, and thoughtful touches include the ability to choose your preferred shampoo and conditioner for both men and women, plus a nanoe hair dryer installed in the women’s bath. Day-use bathing is available as well, not only for overnight guests. With its excellent location, it is well suited for walking around town and nearby sightseeing. Access: by public transportation, take JR bus to Ureshino Onsen from JR Sasebo Line “Takeo-Onsen Station” (about 25–30 minutes), get off at “Ureshino Onsen Bus Center,” then walk 3 minutes. Direct buses also run from Fukuoka and Nagasaki airports to the Ureshino Bus Center; shared taxis are available from Saga Airport. By car, it is about 5 minutes from Ureshino IC.
