Shima Marine Leisure operates sightseeing cruises and regular ferry services in Toba City and Shima City, Mie Prefecture. Broadly, it offers two sightseeing cruise experiences and regular routes. "Toba Bay Cruise & Dolphin Island" is a course where you can cruise the beautiful waters of Toba Bay on a luxurious sightseeing boat designed with the image of Ryugu-jo (the Dragon Palace). Along the way, you can stop at Dolphin Island, a name used for Hyuga Island in Toba Bay. Dolphin Island functions as an amusement park, where you can enjoy dolphin shows and sea lion shows, and it also has a swimming beach, making it enjoyable for families. "Kashikojima Espana Cruise" uses a large sightseeing ship called Esperanza, allowing you to take in the rias coastline scenery of Ago Bay at a relaxed pace. You can also observe a cultured pearl demonstration and purchase pearl accessories. The final option, the "Ago Bay Regular Ferry Route," is not a sightseeing cruise, and it is divided into the Kashikojima–Hamajima route and the Kashikojima–Wagu route. Because the boarding locations differ slightly depending on the route, it is generally safer to go by car. For access, it is closest to exit via Toba IC on the Ise Expressway, or via Kashikojima IC through the Ise Road.
