Shisui Premium Outlets is an outlet mall located near Narita International Airport. Access is easy by car: exit the Higashi-Kanto Expressway at Shisui IC (downbound), then drive about 1 km on local roads. It’s also convenient from central Tokyo, and because it’s close to Narita Airport, the visitors walking through the mall often feel very international. The facility recreates a townscape with “American Art Deco” design elements, offering a distinctly foreign, atmospheric vibe while you shop. With around 180 stores, it’s also a good place to adjust time before a flight. Parking is free, so you can stay without worrying about parking fees. You can dine in an airport-like food court, or pick up brand items at great prices. Checking the limited-time pop-up shops is also recommended—sometimes you can buy items at prices you wouldn’t see elsewhere.
