Ryokan Yoshidaya

Ryokan Yoshidaya is a long-established inn in Ureshino Onsen with over 90 years of history. Located along the Ureshino River, it has an adult hideaway atmosphere with stylish indirect lighting and jazz music. There are 19 rooms in total, each with a different interior, layout, and feel, allowing you to spend a luxurious time in a private space. The baths let you enjoy Ureshino’s famous ‘beautiful skin’ hot spring water in five different ways, including the outdoor rock bath “Kumano-yu,” carved from a single boulder, and the family private bath “Sakurami-yu” with an earthen tub. With a cafe restaurant also on site, it’s recommended even for day-use bathing. Access: by public transportation, take the JR bus from JR Sasebo Line “Takeo-Onsen Station” to Ureshino Onsen (about 25 minutes), get off at “Ureshino Onsen Bus Center,” then walk 7 minutes. Direct buses run from Fukuoka and Nagasaki airports to the bus center; shared taxis are available from Saga Airport. By car, it is about 8–10 minutes from Ureshino IC.
