Tosu Premium Outlets is an outlet mall in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture, operated by the Mitsubishi Estate Group and opened in 2004. The facility is modeled after a bright, refreshing Southern California townscape, letting you enjoy shopping in an open and cheerful atmosphere. As one of Kyushu’s leading outlet malls, it hosts around 150 domestic and international brand stores. The expansive site includes everything from sports brands to toys, household goods, and accessories, plus a collection of popular restaurants from across Japan. There is also a lawn park area, making it recommended for family shopping as well. By car, it is about 10 minutes from Tosu IC (Kyushu / Nagasaki / Oita Expressways), about 6 km away. By public transportation, take JR Nagasaki Main Line from Shin-Tosu Station to JR Tosu Station, then a route bus about 15 minutes. A direct highway bus from Fukuoka Tenjin Express Bus Terminal runs daily and takes about 45 minutes.
