Ikspiari

Ikspiari is a commercial complex at the gateway to Tokyo Disney Resort, with about 140 shops and restaurants plus a cinema. Access is easy: it’s right by the south exit of JR Maihama Station, and you can even see the entrance from the ticket gates, so it’s hard to get lost. Ikspiari is especially famous for having Japan’s largest Disney Store by floor area. Its distinctive Hollywood-themed interior is packed with plenty of limited-edition items available only here, and sometimes past limited items are re-released—making it a must-check spot for Disney fans. Another strong recommendation is the limited-time shops. In the 1F Garden Site and the food court area, seasonal food shops and pop-up stores appear for limited periods, meaning there are many items you can only taste or buy at that time. The lineup ranges widely, from currently trending items to products that are usually only available in certain regions.
