Loople Sendai

Loople Sendai is a sightseeing bus that circulates major tourist spots in Sendai City, starting from the Sendai Station West Exit bus terminal. The retro, streetcar-style vehicles add to the sightseeing mood. It runs every 20 minutes on weekdays, and every 15 minutes on weekends/holidays and throughout August, making it very convenient. It loops one-way through key attractions such as Zuihoden, Sendai Castle ruins, and the Miyagi Museum of Art, helping you enjoy Sendai efficiently. A great-value “Loople Sendai One-Day Pass” (hop-on/hop-off) is also available; showing it at certain restaurants and attractions can provide perks. The first stop is at Sendai Station’s “West Exit Bus Terminal, platform 16.” If you go down the stairs from the station toward the bus terminal, you’ll see a cute red bus stop marked with Loople Sendai illustrations on the right. In the city, use the dedicated stops marked with the red Loople symbol. You can also check bus location on the “Doko Bus Sendai” site to sightsee more efficiently.
