Access to i+Land nagasaki by car is about 30 minutes from “Nagasaki IC” on the Nagasaki Expressway: exit at “Shin-Tomachi IC” on the ring road, then travel via Prefectural Route 237, National Route 499, Prefectural Route 29, and the Iojima Bridge. By public transportation, a free shuttle bus (reservation required, but same-day reservations are OK) runs from a pickup point about a 3-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station (across from the NHK Nagasaki Broadcasting Station), taking about 45 minutes. On the island, a circulating shuttle bus runs between destinations such as Ark Land Spa, the Information Counter / Island Lumina Iojima bus stop, the Garden Area Entrance, Minato Hotel, and the Port Area / parking lot. It is also about 20 minutes by boat to Gunkanjima, with tour boats departing from Iojima Port.
