Awara Onsen Matsuya Sensen

Matsuya Sensen is a traditional hot spring ryokan located in Awara City, Fukui Prefecture. Its main highlight is one of the largest onsen facilities in the Hokuriku region, featuring a vast natural hot spring area totaling 500 tsubo for men and women combined. The men-only bath, Manman no Yu, offers five uniquely themed baths, including ceramic pot baths and reclining baths, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of bathing styles. The women-only bath, Momomo no Yu, features pot baths, jar baths, jacuzzi-style baths, and a healing sauna, where visitors can enjoy a Seven Hot Spring Bath Tour experience.
