Cancellation Policy

Please understand that in the case you cancel a booked product or service (hereinafter referred to as “booked product”), we will impose a cancellation fee or charge (hereinafter referred to as “cancellation fee”).

1. Preface

Regarding products and services on our site supplied by participating providers, bookings can be canceled before the period displayed on the booked product’s page as stated below.
Furthermore, the times are based on Japanese Standard Time.

2. In the case that “Full Refund Up To 14 Days Prior” is displayed on our site

We will charge 100% of the booked product’s price or cost as a cancellation fee in the case that you cancel the booking within 14 days calculated backwards from the booked time and date of a service offered by a participating provider through our site (hereinafter referred to as “booked time”).
For example, a booking for April 15th, 3:00pm will incur a cancellation fee of 100% if canceled within exactly 14 days calculated backwards from that time (in other words,April 1st, 3:00pm or later).

3. In the case that “Full Refund Up To 7 Days Prior” is displayed on our site

We will charge 100% of the booked product’s price or cost as a cancellation fee in the case that you cancel the booking within 7 days calculated backwards from the booked time.
For example, a booking for April 15th, 3:00pm will incur a cancellation fee of 100% if canceled within exactly 7 days calculated backwards from that time (in other words,April 8th, 3:00pm or later).

4. In the case that “Full Refund Up To 2 Days Prior” is displayed on our site

We will charge 100% of the booked product’s price or cost as a cancellation fee in the case that you cancel the booking within 48 hours calculated backwards from the booked time.
For example, a booking for April 15th, 3:00pm will incur a cancellation fee of 100% if canceled within exactly 48 hours calculated backwards from that time (in other words,April 13th, 3:00pm or later).

5. In the case that “Refund not available” is displayed on our site

All experiences on our site that are marked with “Full refund not available” under cancellation policy are exempt from all forms of refunds and no refund requests will be accepted. However, should a refund request be approved manipulation fees will be subtracted from the refunded sum. Please contact us via contact@deep-exp.com for further information.
