Suginoi Hotel

Suginoi Hotel is a hot spring resort hotel in the Kankaiji Onsen area of Beppu City, Oita Prefecture. Beppu, often called Japan’s greatest hot spring town, is known as the Beppu Onsen-kyo and also as the “Beppu Hattou” (Beppu Eight Hot Springs). Broadly speaking, it’s all Beppu Onsen, but names can differ by area. Suginoi Hotel has 647 rooms and sits on a hill, offering excellent views. Highlights include the “Tanayu” sky open-air baths and the swimsuit-friendly hot spring “Aqua Garden.” Day-use bathing facilities are separated from guest facilities, so you can enjoy a more relaxed hot spring experience. In summer, pools and other features make it a popular high-end hotel for families. Guest rooms also have an upscale feel, and you can choose from Japanese-style and Western-style room preferences.
