Kurokawa Onsen bath bill
The Kurokawa Onsen Nyuto Tegata is a pass that lets you choose three Kurokawa Onsen ryokan baths to enter. Even luxurious ryokan baths can be enjoyed with this pass for 1,300 yen for three entries. You select from 28 open-air baths across Kurokawa Onsen ryokan. The pass is valid for six months, but since there are many tourists, lots of people complete all three in a single day. For those with sensitive skin, onsen sommeliers recommend bath-hopping routes suited to your skin type, so it can be helpful to reference their guidance. Besides bathing, you can also use rest spaces like large halls. Since baths vary widely—including cave baths—one strategy is to focus on unique bath types you can’t usually enjoy. By paying extra, you can also use family baths and similar options. Towel rental is available for an additional fee, so you can bath-hop with just your preferred toiletries. Many visitors to Kurokawa Onsen use this pass. Access: about 60 minutes by bus from Aso Station.
