Activity Information
Why not try and make the most delicious udon you've ever had?
Sanuki Udon is characterized by the way it slides down the throat and chewiness achieved through stomping the dough.
Learn how to make these noodles and prepare an authentic broth to go with them.
Even children can do it, so it also makes for a great family activity.
You can try it 2 different ways, both hot and cold.
Plus, you'll make a side dish called tsukudani by simmering the broth leftovers.
The recipe can be altered to accommodate dietary restrictions like vegan, or halal.
