This Western-style house is located in Yamanote-cho. The Western-style building used to be the home of English trader Bertram Robert Berrick, and is now part of Motomachi Park. Completed in 1917, this building is a National Important Cultural Property and is still in use today as the Yokohama Naka-ku Public Hall. The clock tower is the landmark of the building, which is known as Jack's Tower. It is the Jack of the three Yokohama towers, with Kanagawa Prefectural Office as the King and Yokohama Customs as the Queen. At night, the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall is illuminated, offering a different view of the city.
It is built of a mixture of red brick and granite and has wonderful stained glass windows on the second floor.

The three towers of Yokohama consist of the Yokohama Customs House (Queen's Tower), the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall (Jack's Tower), and the Kanagawa Prefectural Government Building.
